The 2024-2025 school year marks Darlene's 30th year proudly serving the students and families of Phillipsburg. The hallmarks of her career are strong relationships and advocacy for students, families, and staff. She is passionate about making school a place where kids want to be and where staff members feel valued. Darlene has presented a state and national conferences on the following topics: Creating and Nurturing a Vibrant School Culture, Supporting New Teachers in High-Poverty School Districts, #OneStatelinerStory, Classroom Management Strategies, New Teacher Induction and Mentoring, and Early Career Educators: Best Practices and Possibilities. Darlene remains committed to positively promoting the profession, every single day.
